Welcome to the Mental Conditioning Gym! Finally a place where we can go to strengthen our minds and our mindset. We go to the physical gym to get our bodies in shape. Here at the Mental Conditioning Gym we have programs, discussions, workshops, and we perform exercises to get our minds in shape and set us on our naviagational paths towards our life's goals. Both physical health and mental health are equally important in life.
OPEN GYM - a time to convene as a group as "training partners" to strengthen our minds through open discussions geared towards mental exercises. It's a safe place to open up. We can discuss life, love, current events, and any goals you're working towards.
