LADIES MINDSET TRAINING CAMP
- During the visit the ladies will be participating in an interactive workshop discussing pertinent topics around womanhood today.
- Mental exercises are being completed and tools being shared to be applied daily in daily life.
- The day is based on Elliot’s books “Mental Conditioning; Life’s GPS” and “12 Rounds of Mental Conditioning” AND intertwining the strong mindset of Muhammad Ali.

About our Venue--- Fighter's Heaven
Fighter’s Heaven is the training camp of the late great Muhammad Ali-- one of the greatest boxers of all time. Ali built this camp to help him train for many of his epic fights. Of course, the purpose of the 6-acre camp was to get in physical shape for upcoming fights, but just as important he trained to get in mental shape. Ali lived his life as a mentally strong individual.
You feel a “strength” when you step on the grounds. The mental strength of Ali will be weaved in throughout the day of mental conditioning training sessions as we walk through the grounds
